Content is the lifeblood of any marketing team but most organisations still don’t have a data-driven approach to their creative process. Typically the growth marketers on the team are very analytical and obsess over the performance numbers. However, relaying those insights over to the creative team tends to be a real challenge.

This is where Motion comes in. We empower creative teams with the data they need to make the right decisions. Motion’s Creative Analytics platform makes it easy for teams to identify key drivers of creative performance and to visually share those insights in order to better guide creative strategy.

Motion has found its footing in the market. We’re growing at 15-20% MoM with 110%+ Net Revenue Retention and very strong product usage. Our customers are some of the best teams in the industry: Vuori, Vayner and 150+ other world-class companies.

We’ve been growing primarily through word-of-mouth and we’re looking to hire a Growth Marketing Manager to help us accelerate growth.

- Our demand generation happens organically right now, you’ll help us turn it into a repeatable process.
- Our customers are our biggest evangelists, you’ll help us build a thriving community around them.
- We have deep expertise around data-driven creative strategy, you’ll help us educate our community in this area

**Requirements**:

- You’ve been a key contributor on the marketing team at an early stage startup.
- You can work closely with content writers and designers to bring content projects to life.
- You are a marketing generalist who can wear many hats and juggle a lot of responsibilities.
- You can come up with new ideas, but you're obsessed about execution.
