**The Opportunity**:
As a Growth Marketer at Girlboss you'll be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives. You'll develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll own all of our marketing channels and measure their success.
You'll be in charge of creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals. Ideally, all this will result in acquisition, retention and loyalty of our subscriber base.
You'll work together with our editorial, sales and design team to craft beautiful and compelling stories for campaigns. Ultimately, as the Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll make sure our message reaches our target audience so that Girlboss can enter the next stage of growth.
For this role, past experience should include a broad set of digital marketing skills. The ability to wear many hats and execute on multiple projects at once.
As the right-hand woman of the Head of Growth, you will be vital to communicating the success of all Marketing Initiatives. Strong presentation skills are a must.
**Responsibilities Include**:

- As a vital member of our Growth team, you will work closely with a variety of people across the company, external agencies and vendors to identify and conceptualize campaign strategies.
- Manage project budgets and timelines while meeting objectives and producing quality deliverables.
- Execute campaigns effectively, on schedule and on budget.
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and technologies in project management, marketing, design, ecommerce, and paid media.
- Locate and secure talent and resources before campaign launches.
- Document all processes for optimum efficacy and handle retrospectives.
- Utilize internal team and external resources to produce quality content for execution.
- Monitor all outlets for campaign impact and progress.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in digital campaign execution
- A familiarity with common best practices in relation to digital marketing tactics
- An understanding of project management best practices, methodologies, and ability to create project plans
- High proficiency with Google Suite, particularly Sheets and Slides
