We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Real Estate Assistant to join us in-office to support the day-to-day operations of our business.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and prepare potential property listings
- Schedule and coordinate showings, client meetings, and appointments
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and other agents
- Assist with preparing and organizing documentation as required
- Draft and schedule social media content
- Support general administrative tasks and office organization

**Requirements**:

- Must be available to work **on-site** at our office as needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems
- Previous experience in real estate or administrative support is an asset

**Preferred Skills (not required but beneficial)**:

- Experience with real estate software or CRM systems
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: $35,000.00-$38,000.00 per year
