- Human Resources Co-ordinator / Executive Assistant**

We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Coordinator / Executive Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties as well as supporting our executive team with business related tasks such as creating presentations, organizing travel, corporate events, taking minutes and other organizational tasks

You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employees records and supporting the interview process. Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipelineand improve our sourcing tactics.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the Executive team within the Triton organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
- Keeping Executives calendars up to date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments and other day to day activities
- Conducting research and creating reports on various topics based on the needs of the executive team
- Organizing and planning travel for conferences, sales events and corporate functions
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports
- Accurately recording minutes from Board meetings and other meetings as required
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and general office functions
- Managing a high degree of discretion and confidentiality

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices
- Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
- In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities
- Familiarity with social media recruiting
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality, professionalism and tact
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant
- A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision making skills
- Ability to conduct research and create reports or presentations
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast paced quickly changing environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
