Maple Lane Logistics Inc. is a faster growing Logistics and Freight Forwarding company headquarter in Richmond BC, We're looking for individuals have experiences or educational back grounds in logistics, supply chain and freight forwarding industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepares, complies, and sorts documents for data entry.
- Reviews data for errors or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.
- Prepares shipping documents before sending to customer.
- Coordinates with customer’s service team and provides them with requested documents in a timely manner.
- Protects confidential information of all customers and the Company.
- Assists with other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

**Qualifications / Skills Requirements**
- Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Requires minimum supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong team player skills and ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.

**Education / Experience Requirements**
- College or bachelor’s degree.
- CIFFA or CITT certificate preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years of past working experience in the supply chain industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, OneNote), Adobe Acrobat and Google Docs.

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond, BC V7B 0A2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Freight Forwarding: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin or Cantonese (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CIFFA or CITT certificate (preferred)
