**Work schedule**:

- Monday to Friday; 7:00AM to 3:00PM
- Occasional weekends required (On call)

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with operations, transportation, and maintenance and to deliver successful initiatives across the terminal.
- Establish and coordinate the production schedule from beginning to end.
- Sort and distribute communications between AM’s, operations, and other relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Ensure quality control and verification of transloading/service orders within tight deadlines
- Keeping up to date with logistics processes and documentation requirements
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies to synchronize between reports and physical stock.
- Track cargo, track inventory, review the pipeline & loading screen, update relevant information. Adjust the production plan accordingly.
- Manage the cargo inspection process (CFIA, SGS, INTERTEK)
- Resolve internal and external escalations by investigating the root cause and recommending solutions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in the supply chain field, required;
- 1 year of experience in customer service, required;
- A college or university diploma;
- Excellent organizational and coordinator skills;
- Comfortable with computer systems;
- Communicates well and offers outstanding customer service;
- Is detail oriented;
- Works well under pressure and independently;
- **Valid Class 5 Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle (the terminal is not accessible by public transportation)**
