We currently have an opportunity in our Information Technology team for a System Administrator at our Steinbach office.

Our Information Technology team requires a customer focused and technically detailed individual to join the team as a System Administrator, in our Steinbach Office. The System Administrator will directly report to the IT Manager and will work closely with members of the IT department. We have a flexible start time with opportunities to work from home.

The IT department is responsible for managing the server, storage, and networking infrastructure at four locations in three provinces. The IT department works closely with a Managed Services Provider to assist in this responsibility. With locations located out of province, travel is required.

**In this role, you would be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Support and management of server and network infrastructure
- Support and management of end user hardware including workstations, mobile devices, and printers
- Performing installs, moves, addons and changes to employee’s network and system access
- Troubleshooting and diagnose IT related issues
- Assisting with end user training
- Other duties and projects as assigned

**To qualify for this role, you will have**:

- 1 year of work experience in IT or post-secondary education in Information Technology
- Excellent verbal, written and personal presentation skills
- Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn
- The ability to troubleshoot and investigate IT related issues
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and early mornings based on software upgrades or emergency technical support
- A valid driver’s license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $46,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
