We are currently seeking the expertise of a Training Systems Specialist to join our team from our head office based in Bedford, NS.

**Job Summary**:
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
Create and maintain reports and processes to support training department, and corporate initiatives
Develop and maintain digital forms in the LMS
Assist with various training department initiatives and programs
Support the publication of online training content
Work with various companies and divisions to implement the LMS
Provide support to various personnel accessing the LMS
Administrative duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience:
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and formulas) and Microsoft Word
Intermediate skills in data preparation and analysis
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
Work creatively to find solutions and streamline processes
Experience with SQL, JavaScript, VBA/Macros, or other scripting/programming experience is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 components such as Power Automate, Power Query, Power BI, PowerApps, and SharePoint is considered an asset
Experience with Learning Management Systems & SCORM Technology is considered an asset
Experience with process documentation is considered an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Adaptable to changing environments
