**Position Summary**

The Replenishment Specialist will be responsible for the keying of purchase orders for both local and non-local beverage alcohol products. They will also be responsible for date entry and maintenance pertaining to new and existing beverage alcohol products within different databases to allow for end-to-end flow of information. Finally, they will be key in assisting with supplemental reporting and additional administrative support in a changing work dynamic.

**Responsibilities**
- Entry of purchase orders into systems
- Tracking & reporting of purchase orders
- Following up with key stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
- Data entry, maintenance, and reporting
- Assist with various projects & tasks
- Assisting with Customer Service as needed

**Requirements**:

- Must be a minimum of 19 years of age
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, experience with system & database entry)
- Ability to gather and analyze data and make decisions based on data sets
- Work experience in an office setting and/or experience in the beverage alcohol industryconsidered an asset
- The position will be located at 347 Bluewater Road.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
