**Jr. Administrative Support**

**Key accountabilities**:
1. Preparing quotations & letters for Sales Representatives

2. Answering phones, directing incoming calls

3. Perform clerical duties such as opening mail, preparing courier, filing, scanning

4. Maintaining and submitting all warranty submissions to suppliers

5. Matching up accounts payable cheque runs

6. Petty cash reconciliations

7. Vacation relief to accounts receivable and service dispatch and other office staff

8. Processing all freight bills

9. Updating customer data base to keep accurate information

10. Various other clerical requirements

**Requirements**:
Must be fluent in English, excellent communication and telephone skills

Office experience required

Ability to prioritize workload and manage time efficiently
