We are currently looking for a Jr. Production Coordinator to join our experienced team. The Jr. PC will be responsible for the administrative functions of project management, providing technical and administrative support to the Sr. Coordinator and Production Managers.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain clerical flow of documentation to keep work flowing in the field
- Assist in coordinating related office and field tasks
- Assist with project reporting; track and update project status to determine if schedules are being met
- Prepare documents, letters, schedules and spreadsheets as required
- Participate in production meetings, prepare meeting minutes and related reports
- Maintain detailed, comprehensive project files and documentation
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Post Secondary Education in engineering, building science or relevant field OR trade certification OR equivalent work experience
- 2+ years’ practical and hands on experience as a project administrator
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, work well independently and meet strict deadlines
- Time-management
- Strong communication skills; verbal and written
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, stress and time management skills as well as excellent team building/leadership skills

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
- Project Administration: 2 years (preferred)
