**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Handle filing, document proofreading, and organization of office materials
- Provide customer support through phone etiquette and effective communication
- Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence
- Support bookkeeping tasks related to billing and invoicing
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

**Skills**
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and document management
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Clerical experience in an office setting, preferably in medical or dental offices
- Basic proofreading and editing skills for correspondence and documents
- Familiarity with filing systems and administrative procedures
- Computer literacy with strong typing skills and general office computer skills
- Previous experience in medical or dental office environments is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
