**Job Description**:
Are you interested in project coordination and motivated to participate in the success of a dynamic and growing team? Are you known for your thoroughness, flexibility, and organizational skills? We are looking for an administrative coordinator to support the daily operations of the firm.

**What you will accomplish with us**
- Coordinate monthly project invoicing and liaise with accounting and clients;
- Write service offers, contractual agreements, and payment requests;
- Be the main point of contact for the entire team, associates, and clients;
- Implement internal policies and procedures;
- Manage changes in line with corporate objectives and policies;
- Participate in newsletter writing;
- Ensure continuous communication in a timely manner with the team;
- Ensure sound administrative management of projects by developing monitoring tools;
- Ensure the integrity and validity of data and information maintained in the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics);
- Any other related tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in administration or any other discipline deemed relevant;
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in administration or project management;
- Experience in the field of architecture, engineering or construction is an asset;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel;
- Experience with a CRM or ERP (Microsoft Dynamics), an asset;
- An ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to organize complex information;
- Rigour, attention to detail, and an analytical mind;
- An ability to listen and to adapt to the unexpected;
- Bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written.
