**DESCRIPTION**
The Site Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support by acting as a key liaison between site staff, project managers, and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and documentation flow. This role involves managing site documentation, maintaining accurate records, and supporting project management activities to ensure timely project completion and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. This position will be based out of our Coquitlam site office located in Coquitlam, BC.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions. Stop work in the area of an identified health or safety problem until resolved.
- Provide administrative support to the Sr. Project Manager and other team members as required.
- Establish and maintain organized records and files of engineering documentation to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
- Receive, log, track, and monitor supplier drawings and documentation to facilitate efficient project coordination.
- Input drawing information into databases, ensuring comprehensive reports and logs are created for effective tracking and management.
- Serve as a liaison between site staff, project managers, and external stakeholders. Respond promptly to requests for drawings and documents, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits.
- Track site progress, attendance, timecards and daily logs.
- Assist with ordering and managing supplies and materials.
- Uphold company culture and core values by adhering to Michels Canada's Standards and Policies and working with others to promote and preserve our values while conducting your duties to contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
- 3+ years’ experience in document control and data entry.
**DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of construction processes and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven, and an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team.
**LANGUAGES**
- Must be able to communicate verbally and through written language (by hand and digitally) in English.
