**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Manage patient scheduling and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Assist with billing processes and budget management to ensure financial accuracy.
- Provide support to healthcare professionals by understanding medical terminology and acute care practices.
- Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and external parties in a professional manner.
- Utilize software such as Tracker for dental office management and patient care coordination.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

**Skills**
- Proficient in dental terminology
- Experience with Dental PMS essential; familiarity with Tracker is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Previous experience in a dental office setting, efficient with filling the schedule with hygiene and dental treatment booking.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
