Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, the position performs a variety of customer service and administration functions. Working within a customized, industrial fabrication facility, this role will be required to create specification sheets including measurements, dimensions and cost, create customer quotations, create sales orders and ensure all information is current in the ERP system, answer and deal with customer inquiries or challenges, scanning and filing of documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Completion of a college diploma in a related field or relevant work experience.
- 3+ years working in a technical customer service position, custom manufacturing is an asset.
- Ability to understand and calculate measurements and costing information.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ERP and CRM systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills in order to resolve conflicts and problems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, review, and create quotations based of customer requests. RFQ's are not always straight forward, distinguish and understand the technical needs and applicability of the product, to make recommendations.
- Responsible for the initiation of a sample bag creation and the monitoring the processing of the sample bag to completion, for new custom customer orders, including shipping.
- Receive customer purchase orders, enter sales orders and create order packages for the Manufacturing Analyst to issue work orders.
- Enter and update information into the CRM system, to ensure all customer records are accurate and up to date.
- Provide customer service to Albarrie customers, answering inquiries, dealing with challenges, shipping, etc.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, and provide information and feedback for process improvements.
- Scanning, filing and organizing all documentation in online system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
