Position Summary

Essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome Guests over the phone with a friendly demeanor.
- Provide accurate information, create and send quotes, and complete reservations.
- Upsell optional extras to meet customer needs and preferences.
- Present a positive and professional image of CanaDream RV.
- Confirm reservations, send information, and process payments.
- Provide on-road support to Guests, including troubleshooting.
- Resolve complaints and process authorized refunds.
- Coordinate service appointments and liaise with vendors to ensure Guests are promptly back on the road.
- Forward service inquiries to on-call technicians.
- Contact Guests for feedback and future invitations.
- Embrace CanaDream’s brand voice and best practices.
- Perform other duties as required.

Skill Set, Education and Experience
- Proven Customer/Guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to speak a second language (German, French, Dutch, Mandarin, or Cantonese preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and objection handling.
- Experience in call centers, hospitality, or travel and tourism is an asset.
- Strong computer skills and accurate data entry.
- Self-directed, motivated, proactive, and accountable.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work under pressure.
- Flexible with strong interpersonal skills for a diverse environment.
- Adaptable and able to multitask.
- Demonstrates a “Can-Do” mentality.
- Sensitive, tactful, diplomatic, and professional at all times.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Logical thinking and math skills.
- Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

**Working Conditions**:

- Shift work, including weekends and statutory holidays.
- Overtime may be available during peak periods.
- Physically and mentally demanding with repetitive tasks and long periods of sitting.
- Manual dexterity required for computer operation.
- Noisy environment at times.
- Fast-paced environment.
