**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Duties**:
- Greet clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the right manager
- Handle walk-in customers and coordinate drop-offs/pickups of work
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office
**Administrative Support**:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of daily receipts
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking payments.
- File and organize physical and digital documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as needed
- Assist with basic social media posts
**Basic Bookkeeping**:
- Receive payments and issue receipts
- Take payments on POS
- Assist with payroll preparation and timesheet collection
**Working Conditions**:
- Office is located within an active welding/fabrication shop
- May occasionally assist with light tasks related to shop organization or deliveries
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
