**About the Role**
We’re seeking a **curious, detail-oriented researcher fluent in English and French** to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll dig into new grant programs, track program changes, and maintain our proprietary grant database. You’ll also connect directly with government funders, summarize complex information into clear language, and support our client-facing team with timely, accurate insights.

**What You’ll Do**
- Research and summarize grant programs in both English and French
- Monitor updates and ensure the grant database is accurate and current
- Translate grant content and maintain bilingual program details
- Build relationships with government contacts and funders
- Provide clear updates and guidance to internal teams
- Explore ways to improve processes with technology and automation

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Fluent in English and French** (written and spoken, business-level proficiency)
- Undergraduate degree in business, political science, research, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years’ experience in research, government, or project coordination (preferred)
- Strong writing and communication skills, able to simplify complex information
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently

Pay: $53,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
