Scarborough, Canada National Mechanical Air Full time

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Preparing contracts for submission to customers.
- Sourcing quotes on equipment, materials and parts from suppliers and vendors
- Communicating with clients
- Working with CRM Software
- Support both owner and office manger with day-to-day duties.
- Preparing job packages for new jobs
- Creating building reports after jobs are completed
- Creating WSIB Clearance Certificates and obtaining Insurance Certificates
- Answering phones and general customer service
- Assisting to Dispatch, ordering equipment and material for technicians for projects
- 2 plus years of experience in similar role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Passionate about customer service
- Organization and ability to manage several tasks concurrently
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work
- Proficient with Microsoft Office namely Outlook and Excel
- Proficient with social media, to help with company exposure
- Independent worker

Compensation:

- Standard 40-hour work week 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hr lunch)
- Competitive benefits package after 3 months split 50% with employer
- Eligible for company pension plan after 1 year

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
