Burnaby, Canada Ames Tile & Stone Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Assists customers visiting the branch to place and pick up orders and learn more about Ames product offerings
- Works within Ames ERP system (business software management)
- Provides expert level information and recommendations on Ames product offerings
- Outbound quote and customer follow up communication activities
- Builds and maintains customer relationships
- Identifies problems and areas for improvement, corrects, and resolves issues in a professional manner
- Consistently provides exceptional level of service for all internal and external customers
- Works cross-functionally with department teams including operations, sales, and showroom

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years previous experience in a customer service and/or inside sales role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Customer Service skills with a customer first mentality
- Proficient with a Windows computer environment
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Detail oriented and organized
- Effective time management skills
- Highly motivated and committed with a desire to succeed
- Sales experience an asset
- Tile experience an asset

**Compensation**:Compensation is dependent on the experience, education, training, certifications etc.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
