State Group employs 1,800+ construction professionals and support staff to complete projects with the highest safety and quality standards. **We are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator in the industrial and construction industry to work from our Mississauga Ontario Division reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager.**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Perform tasks that support the accounts payable department.
- Process payables and expense reports.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly and accurately.
- Reconcile expense reports, credit cards, gas cards, and vendor invoices
- Work with suppliers to follow up on documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and paper files and records.
- Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM**
- 2 - 4 years Accounting Administrative or relevant experience.
- A bachelor's degree or college diploma in accounting is preferred.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, spreadsheet knowledge and experience with related software and databases.
- Construction or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage priorities, strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to professionally handle a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
