Duties:

- dispatching crews in the morning and scheduling jobs
- ordering supplies materials
- Prepare and edit documents, reports
- Assist with project coordination by organizing files, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager or executive by handling various tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in using quickbooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The work location will be in an office setting. This is a full-time position.

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Kitchener-Waterloo, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
