Administrative Assistant (Kitchener/Waterloo)

Administrative Assistant -Operations Support - Kitchener

The Operations Support Administrator (OSA) will work within the Investigations division and is responsible for providing administrative services to the investigations division in an effective and efficient manner.

Compensation: This is a full-time hourly paid position.

- Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting up assignments and client information into company portal for an operational management team in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment.
- Ensure a polished, client ready product that adheres to company and client protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with the accounting process on files as required.
- Assist with preserving and preparing evidence packages.
- Assist with special projects as requested.
- Maintain electronic as well as hard copy filing systems.
- Assist with reception duties including greeting and assisting visitors, answering telephone calls, directing phone calls and responding to inquiries as required.
- Participate in ongoing staff meetings and trainings for information sharing purposes.
- Preparing evidence in various media forms, i.e. DVDs for surveillance files
- Other related duties, as required.

Education, knowledge and experience required
- 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative capacity working in a fast paced, corporate environment
- A post-secondary diploma in Office Administration is an asset
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute
- Bilingual French Skills would be an asset
