**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee the security operations of our sites
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any suspicious activities or incidents
- Train and mentor security staff, providing guidance and support
- Investigate and report any security breaches or incidents
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and actions taken
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in security or law enforcement
- Strong security techniques and practices
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and strong observational skills
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Must possess a valid Ontario G-Class Driver's License
- Must have at least 1 year of security experience
- Must be able to complete NSPS Training course and Orientation
- Must be able to present or acquire Use of Force Training and First Aid and CPR Level-C

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Security: 1 year (preferred)

- Security Guard Licence (required)
- Class G Licence (required)
