**Position Overview**

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain and troubleshoot PCs, servers, laptops, and phones.
- Security Management: Manage access cards, alarm codes, ID cards, and ensure cybersecurity.
- Employee Onboarding: Set up accounts and devices for new employees.
- Employee Offboarding: Deactivate accounts for departing employees.
- Network Configuration and Management: Ensure the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services.
- Integration Development: Develop integrations for data between systems using the Boomi platform.
- Database Management/Administration: Perform SQL queries, updates, backups, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of network configuration and management.
- Experience with the Boomi platform and C# programming is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Environment**

**Schedule**
- Four (4), ten (10) hour shifts per week
- This position requires participation in an on-call schedule to manage emergency requests outside of standard business hours

**Ability to Commute/Relocate**

Main place of work is Bedford, Nova Scotia. Must be able to reliably commute within Atlantic Canada, including overnights.
