Front Desk Agent

**Front Desk Operations**
- Greet and check-in/check-out guests
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Handle room assignments and key distribution
- Serve as the primary contact for guest questions, concerns, and special requests
- Provide information about Motel amenities, local attractions, transportation, and dining options
- Liaise with housekeeping and management to ensure guest needs are met (room readiness, repairs, amenities)
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service requests
- Maintain accurate guest folios and process payments
- Prepare end-of-shift reports
- Follow Motel policies on safety, security, and compliance
- Prepare end-of-shift reports
- Laundry and light housekeeping also required
- **Front Desk Clerk Requirements**:_
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability with a calm, professional demeanor
- 1+ years front desk agent experience preferred
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Multitasking under pressure
- A service mindset: empathy, patience, and attention to detail
- Shifts available mixture of 7am-3pm as well as 3pm-11pm also includes weekends, and on public holidays
