**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality food production.
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to create a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Handle any customer complaints or feedback regarding food quality or service effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in a leadership role within a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Exceptional culinary skills with a creative approach to menu planning and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and guests.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $550,000.00-$700,000.00 per year
