  • 3-5 years in a Chef role
  • Experience managing a team of 12 - 15 staff
  • Solid foundational knowledge of costing (Food, Labour)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience with high volume

**Position requirements**

  • Hours per week: 37.5 - 40
  • Shifts: 7AM - 3PM / 8AM - 4PM
  • _10AM - 2PM spent executing on the main production line_
  • Tracking purchases via in-house tools and communicating with the management team re: the budget & targets
  • Ensuring staff are completing the daily / weekly cleaning objectives as assigned
  • Ensuring product is properly rotated, stored and prepped for service
  • Keeping the equipment maintained and in good working condition by working with our established repair companies
  • Utilizing our scheduling platform (7 Shifts) to ensure proper staffing coverage and training.

**What we offer**

  • Salaried position: Starting at $52,000
