As a Customer Support Representative (CSR) employee you will be responsible for daily customer service management. Your duties will include, but are not limited, to the following:

- Communicate with customers on repair time frames, status updates, and information requests.
- Collaborate with technical & logistics teams on repair commitments, and the meeting service level Agreements.
- Liaison repair and fulfillment information between customers, vendors & partners to appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate daily data entry of repair information into both partners and vendors shop floor system data bases.
- Participate in conference calls and meetings, documenting and sharing meeting minutes.
- Uphold confidentiality agreements and ensure all repair and fulfillment documentation is protected and filed according to policies and procedures.
- Participate and adhere to behaviors taught in material management, ESD and quality management.
- Perform research as required for new vendors, service parts, or product information
- Continued development on the competency skillset expectations outlined for the position.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- High School Diploma required
- General CSR experience an asset
- Self motivated and able to work independently and within a team
- Demonstrated ability to follow written instructions and follow a process, from start to finish, accurately and error free
- Ability to perform light maintenance duties
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- PC computer skills, word documents and spreadsheet knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
