We’re more than just a coffee shop. We’re a destination for curated brews, warm hospitality, and an elevated café experience. From ethically sourced beans to precise brewing, we take pride in every cup.

We roast all our coffee in-house in the same facility, and we are regularly introducing new and innovative products to push coffee to new levels and we are focused on educating coffee consumers about specialty coffee.

**ABOUT YOU**

As Café Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a passionate team, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service. You’ll drive performance, uphold quality standards, and foster a positive and inclusive culture. You are also able to step behind the bar and serve customers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Lead and motivate a team of baristas
- Maintain high standards in customer service, coffee quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Create and maintain staff schedules
- Train and onboard new team members
- Monitor café performance metrics and implement improvements
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with ownership on promotions, events, and seasonal menu planning
- Plan and manage coffee events at the roastery to build community and to build buzz around our brand
- Enter orders into Point of Sale machine and collect customer payments
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe space
- Serve specialty coffee drinks and educate customers

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2+ years of experience in café or hospitality management
- 1+ year of specialty coffee experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for coffee and a deep understanding of coffee culture
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- SmartServe certification or food handling certification (preferred)
- Experienced in the preparation of specialty coffee drinks
- Experienced in the preparation of espresso-based drinks
- Experienced in the preparation of manual brew drinks (v60, Chemex, Aeropress, etc.)

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:
