We are currently hiring a Used Equipment Coordinator to join our growing team

**The Role**

This position is responsible for the internal coordination of Used Inventory and its related sales process.

**FILE MANAGEMENT**

Create, manage and maintain all relevant paperwork for audit purposes:

- Signed Quotes, Order submissions, Shipping documents, Warranty statements, Lifting Device Inspections.

**ORDER CREATION AND INVOICING**

Manage order process from beginning to end including:

- Ensure sales orders contain all pertinent information needed to process the order
- Submit credit approvals, lease submissions, and manage special finance programs
- Order batteries, chargers, attachments and accessories.
- Process all Used Equipment related invoices.
- Manage Encore Battery production tracking table
- Arrange and track the movement of Used Inventory within the Quipware system and between physical locations such as, Crown local branches and end users
- Ensure asset values are populated and accurately captured when posted
- Issue proforma and final invoices to customers.

**WARRANTY GENERATION AND TRUCK RELOCATIONS**
- Manage and track New VForce and Encore Warranty statements.
- Ensure that shipped trucks are relocated in Crown 360 Extranet.

**COMMUNICATION**
- Work with the Sales Team to provide updates on open orders
- Work with Finance to ensure credit is approved prior to shipping and invoicing
- Work with vendors to align product deliveries with lift truck ready dates

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Post-secondary diploma
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal
- Interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Time management skills
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures as well as basic accounting principles
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
