Reporting to the Production Manager, the Equipment Coordinator is responsible for all equipment movement throughout the facility, inventory control and oversees the Dish Room.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- In charge of all equipment inventory on the floor, responsible to submit monthly inventory counts to the warehouse supervisor
- Ensure daily requisitions are submitted for each airline ensuring all par stocks are met in each department (Galley Build, Cutlery & Production area)
- Maintain all equipment areas in an orderly manner without clutter and neatly arranged
- Coordinate with Dish room and Production personnel to ensure all equipment standards are met
- Ensure that the equipment racks are packed as per the rack diagram to meet production requirements
- Ensure that the equipment is delivered to production as per “Equipment Delivery Schedule”
- Advise Customer Service Supervisor of any shortage/surplus for the airline in a timely basis
- Ensure good housekeeping of galley and bond areas band equipment supermarket
- Ensure that deadhead are packed by production to avoid excess equipment
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills, Qualification and Experience**:

- At least 3 years experience in relevant airline catering background
- Good base knowledge in operational function
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office would be an asset (Excel in particular)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong customer focus
- Good English written and spoken
- Supervising experience would be an asset
