**Reporting to the Director of Digital Content, you will be responsible for**:

- Plan and supervise the production of content for the agency’s brands and clients;
- Manage content production resources;
- Accompany the team in best practices in production

**As a conductor, you will be responsible for**:

- Manage editorial planning effectively (schedules, budgets, timelines, tools and people needed);
- Maintain management documents and communicate changes appropriately;
- Analyze and stay on top of the competition in collaboration with the strategy team;
- Establish content production recommendations (techniques, content, form) and advise clients;
- Organize the implementation of the production and the various resources (internal and external) in content creation;
- Conduct quality assurance of publications to ensure they meet client expectations, standards and marketing trends;
- Supervise content production specialists;
- Ensuring the effectiveness and results of content production;
- Write content for our clients and be able to edit, revise, produce and integrate digital content;
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content;
- Keep abreast of trends and the market;
- Create and maintain a work environment conducive to creation, results and knowledge sharing;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, best practices and techniques in content production

**Expected Skills and Abilities**:

- Master’s degree in business administration, communications-marketing (or other similar degree);
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in creative, high-performance content production;
- Strong project management skills including analysis, alignment, resource planning, team management, milestone and goal management and accountability for overall success of engagements;
- Excellent understanding of marketing objectives;
- Excellent writing skills in French and English (SEO, newsletters );
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to last minute requests;
- Sense of initiative to go beyond the needs and sense of autonomy expected;
- Ability to find ways to assist and support colleagues in the collective achievement of set objectives;
- Sense of responsibility: being accountable for the results of those under his/her supervision;
- Ability to create conditions that encourage people to channel their energies towards the achievement of the agreed work plan and organizational goals;
- Results orientation: focus on expected results, set high goals and make efforts to achieve or exceed them
