Content Specialist/copywriter

**What you'll do**:
- Review and edit customer-facing documents to ensure consistency of messaging across Brand Marketing and Sales departments;
- Be an expert on buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria. Be able to cater messaging to various personas, understand segmentations, and be an expert on our competitors;
- Maintain content calendar and provide guidance on how to prioritize competing projects, create trackers and project schedules/management;
- Execute the end-to-end content production process - from strategy through to planning, briefing, creation and analysis of content performance;
- Content is your first love, and revenue is your second. You love the creativity of producing content that’s relevant and insightful, but you’re also curious and use data to guide your decision-making;
- Self-study a significant volume of technical material and tailor it to business language;
- Proofread all content to ensure flow, sentence structure, grammar and punctuation are all correct.
**What you'll need**:
- 3-5 years of content editing experience, 2 years minimum of B2B;
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual skills, with an ability to personally create high-quality messaging and content;
- Passion for analyzing products, customers, and market dynamics;
- Experience with Looker (Ex. Data Studio), HubSpot, WordPress, and Content automation software is a great advantage;
- Excellent language and grammar skills. You know the rules and when (and how) to break them;
- Deep customer empathy: You’re excited to learn about our different customers and use cases, and want to make content that will resonate with them;
- Be prepared to operate within a dynamically evolving environment;
- С1+ English is required.
