**About Vacation Tracker**

Vacation Tracker has grown fast in the last five years, turning from a simple time-off management tool into a key product for over 2500 companies globally. Known for its user-friendly interface, the platform seamlessly integrates with popular communication tools, showing it works well for both small businesses and large corporations.

As Vacation Tracker continues to grow, with a goal to improve time-off management for teams everywhere, we're searching for a creative Content Producer to boost our marketing and connect with the right audience.

We're looking for a creative go-getter who loves writing and can break down tough HR and time-off topics, making them easy to understand. Your job? To make things clear and help people everywhere manage their time off better.

You'll tackle a variety of tasks, from digging into customer feedback to pick topics, searching for SEO-friendly keywords, to creating content that pulls readers in.

**Responsibilities**:

- Simplifying complex HR and time-off tracking topics into easy-to-understand content.
- Writing clear and engaging content for blogs, landing pages, social media, and more.
- Helping us map out high-intent keywords on which we’ll be basing our content strategy
- Ensuring that the brand’s messaging is clear and consistent, with the company’s target audience in mind.
- Handling customer updates, including newsletters, changelogs, and more.
- Working with Marketing, Sales, and Support to align our content goals.
- Monitoring and adjusting our content strategy based on performance metrics.

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A background with over 2 years in copywriting, preferably for B2B SaaS companies.
- A proactive mindset, always ready to suggest ways to improve our work.
- The skill to creatively and clearly explain complex ideas.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and resourceful.

**What we offer**:
We're a fully remote team spread across three countries, offering a flexible work-from-home position with the chance for occasional local gatherings.
