**The Details**

This is a seasonal position that kicks off on November 15th and extends until the end of the year. At the end of the season, there is potential for a permanant positions to become available. This role encompasses all three 3 shifts **days (6:30am-2:30pm), afternoons (2:30pm-10:30pm), and nights (10:30pm-6:30am) and pays $19.05/hr. **Our plant operates 7 days a week, so you'll need to be open to working weekends as well. This position offers up to 40 hours per week, and overtime opportunities may arise depending on business needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Setting Up Machinery**:Ensure all production materials are available
- ** Operating and Monitoring Equipment**: Keep a watchful eye on equipment and replenish materials as necessary.
- ** Quality Control**: Visually inspect production runs and diligently document results
- ** Problem-Solving**: Identify and report malfunctions to appropriate parties
- ** Maintain Cleanliness**:Take pride in keeping equipment and your designated area spotless.
- ** Compliance**: Follow regulatory and company policies and procedures diligently.
- ** Physical Engagement**: This role involves standing for extended periods, walking, lifting, climbing, crouching, bending, reaching and stooping

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: High School Diploma or GED preferred
- ** Experience**: 1-3 year of general work experience required, with prior production/manufacturing machine operation being a plus.
- ** Safety**: Level 2 first aid preffered.
- ** Technical Skills**: You should be able to operate manufacturing equipment
- ** Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for long periods of time and complete repetitive tasks
- ** Tech-Savvy**: Knowledge of industrial technology a plus
