**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a **Shipping/Inventory Manager** to work onsite in our Richmond, BC office. In this role, you will manage inventory and logistics for our online sales across North America on Amazon and Shopify. You will also coordinate closely with our overseas team to ensure timely production and shipment schedules.

This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organized individual with strong analytical skills, experience in logistics, and a passion for operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee shipping and inventory processes for our online sales across North America (Amazon and Shopify).
- Collaborate with our overseas team to ensure accurate production timelines and efficient shipping schedules.
- Maintain accurate, real-time inventory data and provide reliable projections for restocking and inventory needs.
- Optimize shipping strategies to reduce costs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze inventory trends and sales performance to make data-driven decisions.
- Manage customer inquiries related to shipments, inventory, and logistics with professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop and refine operational processes to improve inventory accuracy and shipping performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in shipping, inventory management, or logistics (experience with Amazon and Shopify preferred).
- Strong background in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with experience in customer support and international coordination.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
- Musty be PR or Canadian Citizen.
