Advantage Contracting is looking for multiple experienced excavator operator
- We are looking for one or two operators with experience in residential and landscaping sectors.
- Must be able to work independently, assess and solve issues as they arise.
- Must be able to finish grade
- Have Knowledge of basic water drainage installation
- take care of and maintain equipment
- run a their own crew ( typically one or two labourers)
- We are looking to fill one to two positions for an operator with experience in commercial excavation.
- Being able to do finish grade, and Pipe work _is a requirement_ of this position.
- Familiar with basic tools
- Punctual and detail oriented.
- municipal service install experience.
- Must be able to work in all types of weather and commute to and from various job sites.
Work includes: septic install, municipal service install, foundation digs, heavy commercial work, Road building.
Approximately 50+ hours per week.
