About Us:
At Advantage Contracting, we specialize in municipal, road, and street work, as well as commercial site development. We are looking to expand our team with an experienced Excavator Operator who has a background in working around municipal utilities and large-scale construction projects.

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Operate excavators for excavation, trenching, and grading tasks on various construction sites.
- Work around municipal utilities and ensure safe excavation practices around underground infrastructure.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on the excavator to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other crew members to ensure efficient project execution.
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to construction site regulations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator, preferably in municipal utilities, roadwork, and commercial site development.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans.
- Knowledge of safety practices and equipment operation in construction environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Excavator Operator certification and relevant licenses (if applicable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 - 60 per week
