**Key Responsibilities**:

- Checking and coding invoices from trade partners
- Posting invoices in SAGE accounting System
- Review and Monitoring of AP inbox for vendor invoices, sending invoices out for approval
- Sort Incoming Mail items and distribute to AP colleagues
- Prepare weekly cheque run for mailout to vendors

**About you**:

- College Diploma or Degree
- Working knowledge of accounting systems
- Strong Excel Skills
- Strong Communication skills
