**Scheduling and Rentals Coordinator
- Temporary 9 Months Contract**

**Summary**:
**Employment Terms**:Full-Time, 40hrs/Week, Monday to Friday
- 3-month probationary period
- Pension and benefits available after 3 months. Pending contract renewal

**Hourly wage**: Starting at $20.00 - $23.00

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain inventory for the safety and rentals department.
- Ensure that defective or damaged equipment is tagged out of service immediately.
- Maintain training records for all Safety Division staff and assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions for technicians.
- Ensure that technicians’ site-specific qualifications and training are up to date.
- Collaborate with the Carpenters Union to coordinate necessary training and certifications.
- Gather job information and site details according to specifications.
- Coordinate schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Address operational challenges and proactively identify solutions to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor trends and provide regular reports to management for strategic decision-making.
- Use scheduling apps and spreadsheets to track and manage safety division field and rentals analytics.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure the completion of monthly/yearly maintenance tasks.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the overall objectives of the Safety Division.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field is an asset).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility, ability to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience with equipment rentals, safety coordination, or inventory management is preferred.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially when handling schedules, equipment, and data tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience working independently as well as working with other
