Central Sanitation is seeking an enthusiastic team member to fill the position of Dispatch Co-ordinator.

**About the Role**
We’re looking for someone exceptional to join our team in Sarnia. We’ve implemented new technology, ServiceCore, and we want someone who can come in and learn the system to maximum our routing efficiencies. You’ll know this is the job for you if you are highly detailed, extremely computer savvy, an effective communicator, have a great sense of direction, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute efficient routes for our fleets in our Sarnia, Parkhill, Thamesville, Cottam, Dorchester/London, and Windsor yards
- Ensure company and customer commitments are met through strategic, efficient service routing
- Track driver progress and communicate routes and changes as required
- Mentor drivers to ensure targets are met, and customer satisfaction is achieved at the highest level possible
**Qualifications**
- 3 to 5 years of dispatch experience (highly preferred)
- Experience in a planning/scheduling/business administration discipline would be considered an asset
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks successfully
- Strong computer skills - quick to learn, tech savvy, able to effectively utilize systems to automate workflow and avoid manual processes
- Exceptional people & communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Able to make quick and accurate decisions that meet customer needs and support the business
- Professional, positive & friendly attitude with the ability to adapt, despite frequent interruptions and distractions
