Responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of in-bound and out-bound trucks as they get weighed in and out on the scale.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure that all in-bound and out-bound trucks are weighed and loaded properly.
- Prepare to weigh tickets.
- Process COD purchases: by cash (reconcile daily), credit card and/or debit.
- Work with dispatch and inside sales with outgoing orders.
- Input into the computer all incoming inventories.
- Assist and perform general office administrative duties:

- May be required to work/assist at various locations.
- Duties according to location will be assigned and may vary.
- Working space and office must be maintained and cleaned daily.
- Complete additional duties/tasks as assigned by management when required.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education including basic mathematical skills.
- 1-3 years related experience.
- Excellent customer service skills - professional and responsive.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Able to read, write and comprehend the English language.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively.
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight job / task deadlines.
- Strong problem and complaint resolution skills.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Internet).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.

Normal business hours:
Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm,

Alternate Saturdays 6:00 am to 2:00 pm depending on customer demand.

Work schedule may change during the winter months.

Reporting Manager/Supervisor will supply an ongoing work schedule.

Additional /overtime hours as per business requirements - flexibility (including weekends) required with significant time investment during peak periods and when workload necessitates
