**Job description**

**Responsibilities**
- Sales and customer relations
- Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and customer interactions
- Confidently make cold calls, visit stores, and demonstrate product value
- Build vendor relationships to display and sell products in retail stores
- Attend networking events to connect with realtors, architects, and landscapers
- Product and inventory management
- Maintain inventory tracking, ensuring stock levels are monitored and replenished
- Explain product features and benefits to potential customers
- Retail and e-commerce
- Process transactions, handle customer checkouts, and manage store operations
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Wayfair) and exploring partnership opportunities
- Communication and administrative tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills, managing multiple business operations efficiently
- Tech and logistics
- Comfortable using technology for business operations (strong typing skills required)
- Drive company vehicles when necessary
- Quick learner, adaptable to new business tools and strategies

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, customer relations, or business development
- Experience with CRM systems is a must
- Comfortable with cold calling and in-person sales demonstrations
- Experience in inventory management
- Prior knowledge of outdoor lighting is a plus
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or Wayfair is an

advantage
- Tech-savvy with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong business acumen and a passion for scaling a company

Pay: $16.55 -$35.00 per hour - depends on knowledge, the higher the knowledge the higher the pay, opportunity for growth
