Sales Administrator

Jaguar Land Rover, part of Lakeridge Auto Gallery, is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process documentation as required for all new, used, wholesale sales and lease terminations
- Review and distribute paperwork related to vehicle preparation, deal processing and completion of file
- Complete reports for sales team as required
- Assist with customer reception & greeting duties as required
- Assist with customer after-sales follow-up
- Plans, organize, and coordinate all administrative tasks
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Follow up and liaise with other parties or customers
- Assist in the planning and execution company events and functions
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment
- Provide direction and prioritization for the screening of mail, phone calls, and appointments
- Setup and organize individual work area with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials while maintaining cleanliness and confidentiality
Health & Safety - Employee Duties:
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and the regulations
- Use or wear the equipment, protective devices or clothing that the worker’s employer requires to be used or worn
- Comply with Lakeridge Auto Gallery's Health & Safety rules and procedures and its supporting programs for performing work in a safe and healthy manner
- Report promptly to the Human Resources Manager any observed contravention of the OHS Act or regulations, or of the rules and procedures developed and its supporting programs, or any workplace hazard which you are aware
- Report to his or her employer or supervisor the absence of or defect in any equipment or protective device of which the worker is aware and which may endanger himself, herself or another worker
- Refrain from any activity which may jeopardize the health and safety of yourself and others
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as required to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.
