**Kanata Honda is looking for a full-time administrative clerk**
**THE POSITION**:
- processing accounts payable
- preparing morning cash deposits
- posting EFTs
- ordering office supplies
- maintaining a filing system
- entering vehicle and customer information into inventory system
- other general clerical duties as required
**THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL**:
- be hard working, self-motivated, and dependable
- be able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while meeting deadlines
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- ability to work quickly and accurately
- ability to multi-task
- knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
- experience in an accounting environment would be considered as asset
**WE OFFER**:

**HOURS**:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
**COMPENSATION**:
$37,000 - $41,000 depending on experience
