Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and the life sciences industry? Norgen Biotek, a leading global provider of innovative solutions in the field of life sciences, is seeking a dynamic Customer Care Representative to join our growing team. As a Customer Care Representative at Norgen Biotek, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing strong customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets within the life sciences industry.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by accurately tracking activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position Norgen Biotek's offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Handling administrative tasks such as generating quotes and processing orders
- Additional tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager

**Qualifications**:

- An undergraduate degree or college diploma is required in either the business field or life science field (Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Genetics, etc.)
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (customer service/sales) is required.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools would be an asset
- Strong written and oral communication
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt to changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and build relationships with customers
- Detail-oriented and able to stay focused for extended periods

Pay: $17.51-$26.81 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
