Clean Harbors is looking for a **Customer Service Representative **to join their safety conscious team This position is responsible for: providing technical support to customers, scheduling waste pickups and disposal shipments to internal and third-party facilities, ensuring waste is classified correctly in accordance to company policy and assisting in preparation of required paperwork. This position will support the transportation Department. You will be responsible for Invoicing and E-billing our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner always.
- Receiving Base and Blended order requests from customers;
- Creating orders coordinating with Transportation & Shipping/Receiving departments;
- Order review/billing review;
- Correspondence with third party Blend and Packaging sites on oil need;
- Creating inventory orders coordinating with Transportation & Receiving Departments of applicable sites;
- Scanning and filing as needed;
- Other Duties as needed.
**What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?**
- High school diploma required;
- Previous experience in a fast-paced Customer Service environment preferred;
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

Environmental Science degree preferred or Chemistry degree**
- Familiarity with Environmental Regulations
