**Job description**

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and the life sciences industry? Norgen Biotek, a leading global provider of innovative solutions in the field of life sciences, is seeking dynamic Sales Personnel to join our growing team. As an Account Representative at Norgen Biotek, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and establishing strong customer relationships.

*Please note: pay will be commensurate with experience*

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets within the life sciences industry.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by accurately tracking activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position Norgen Biotek's offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Handling administrative tasks such as generating quotes and processing orders
- Additional tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager

**Qualifications**:

- An undergraduate degree in Life Sciences (Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Genetics, etc.) is **required** for this role.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (customer service/sales) is required.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools would be an asset
- Strong written and oral communication
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt to changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and build relationships with customers
- Detail-oriented and able to stay focused for extended periods
